I am a very calm, respectful and educated person. Totally respect the space and privacy of others. The most important thing for me, when it comes to renting a room, are the people with whom I am going to share my stay and live with. I don't bring people home, it's not my style. I wake up early around 6am and go to bed early around 10pm. In my free time I like to go out to play sports at the gym or to a park to do cardio. The hours I will have to work during my stay will depend on the job and its schedules, I have several things in mind, but my choice will depend on the conditions and which job interests me most. I speak Spanish and Catalan perfectly, native level. I also speak French at a very high level. And I also speak English at a basic level. I have a Spanish driving license. In addition to working, I would like to take an English course to perfect it and I want to find out about the Yacht Captain and Offshore Yacht Master courses, which I am very interested in. I am aware that Holland has a great nautical activity like Barcelona, and I think it could be great to train there. I have lived alone in an apartment in the center of Barcelona since March 2021 until today. I can prove it with the contract in my name and the monthly payments. I have financial solvency.

I am rather experienced with renting to expats, young foreigners and Dutch people, though not in the house where I live myself, so this is new to me, but I am open to new things.

I arrived as a student doing my masters here, Business and Social Impact and now I am working as an Accounting Administrator at Doctors Without Borders (MSF). Contract can be indicated if required. I will start with the cliches that I am a tidy and clean person (indeed) and a big fan of having always a clean toilet - even when the whole house is a bit disorganized. My day usually starts with working, then chilling at home and then go out for a beer with friends, watch movies/documentaries or trashy reality shows (it can happen to everyone), go to gigs, explore. Hello, I am a 19 year old bulgarian who is going to study his first year at the Twente University. I'd consider myself a really sporty person as I've practiced plently of sports since I was really young with tennis being the one that stuck with time. I'd also say I am capable of fully taking care of myself as a need for that occures every few months before and after summers due to my family's business and I have also been working every summer since I was sixteen. I also have an older brother who studies in Delft and as I have visited him a couple of times I'd say the Netherlands life isn't a completely new thing for me. Overall I would say I am a very flexible person who's adaptable to all kinds of friend groups.
