Hello! I am a prospective student at Rijksuniversiteit Groningen starting September, and I'm looking for a room to rent for the duration of my studies. I will be studying international relations, which is a subject I'm very passionate about! To pursue this, I am looking for accomodation starting this summer or fall. I've lived in flatshares for most of my previous studies, so I'm well-accustomed to living with others! I've also lived in a lot of different countries before - Germany, France, Canada, Mexico, India and Japan for example. I love getting to know new countries, new people and overall, cultural exchange and openness are very important to me when living abroad, especially towards the host country. As a roommate, I value exchange, respect and cleanliness in my sleeping area. I believe communication on how to live together comfortably is key. Is there a cleaning plan, or not? Do we value spending time together, or more of a private living arrangement? Beyond that, I have a dust allergy, so I keep my room very clean. Financially, I have always been a very reliable tenant. Nice to meet you! In September I'll be moving to Delft to study an MSc in Chemical Engineering. I'm 23 years old, from Spain and I'm looking for a long-term apartment. I lived in Germany for a year with five roommates (you can see us in the 4th picture) and we made a lot of plans together. My year in Germany showed me how much a good atmosphere at home matters, and I'd love to find something similar in Delft. I don't smoke, I like to keep shared spaces clean and tidy and I also like cooking! I don't speak Dutch yet, but I do speak English and German, and Spanish, of course :)
