My name is Matti. I am a 21 years old student from Germany and currently looking for a room or apartment in Groningen for myself. I have to move out of the apartment I have lived in for the past year because my landlords are selling the property. This summer, I am starting the second year of my Product Design studies, so I am already very familiar with the city and enjoy living here. Alongside my full-time studies, I work around 15 hours per week at a restaurant. Combined with my DUO student finance and financial support from my parents, I have a stable monthly income of approximately €1,400–€1,600. In my free time, I enjoy running, cycling, and weightlifting. I am a tidy, responsible, and easy-going person who gets along well with others. I always treat the places I live in with care and respect, and I am looking for a place where I can comfortably stay to continue my studies. If you think I would be a suitable tenant, I would be happy to hear from you. Since I already live in Groningen, I am very flexible and available for viewings or a personal meeting at short notice.

Hoi! Ik ben Liena en ik ben 18 jaar en woon momenteel nog thuis in Wageningen. Vanaf eind augustus verhuis ik naar Enschede omdat ik ga starten met de opleiding Forensisch Onderzoek aan Saxion. In mijn vrije tijd korfbal ik bij KV Wageningen, een van de grotere korfbalverenigingen van de regio. Daarnaast houd ik erg van lezen en puzzelen.
