Hallo, Ik ben Jing Mei (23 jaar) en studeer aan de HAN in Nijmegen. Hier voor heb ik al twee jaar op mijzelf gewoond. Dus de benodigde ervaring is aanwezig. Het liefst zoek ik zo spoedig mogelijk een (semi) studio in omgeving Arnhem - Nijmegen. Ik ben een sociaal persoon, maar ben ook erg gesteld op mijn rust. Ik ga netjes en zorgvuldig om met de woonplek, betaal de huur ook altijd op tijd en verder nooit problemen veroorzaakt of klachten gehad van vorige huurbazen. Zelf ga ik ook niet elke week feesten, rook niet en drink bijna nooit. Op de vroege ochtenden vind ik het heerlijk om mijn dag te beginnen in de sportschool. Verder vind ik het heel erg ontspannend om te koken of te bakken, lezen, wandelingen maken en schrijven. Ik werk bij de Albert Heijn in Oosterbeek en heb hier een vast contract, dus een stabiel inkomen is aanwezig. Hierdoor kan ik ook mijn werkplek makkelijk verplaatsen naar Nijmegen als ik hier een mooi aanbod vindt. Recentelijke loonstroken kan ik aantonen en indien het nodig is kan een van mijn ouders garantstaan, dit heb ik ook bij mijn vorige woonruimtes gedaan voor extra garantie, maar nog nooit nodig gehad. Ik zoek een nieuwe woonplek die ik helemaal mijn eigen plekje kan maken! Verder ben ik van plan om voor een langere periode te huren. Met vriendelijke groet, Jing Mei

Hallo! Ik ben Tristan en ik ben bezig met mijn 3de jaar Technical Computer Science aan de UT. Ook al ben ik een echte computer nerd, lijkt het me toch gezellig om met een aantal anderen samen te wonen. Tot nu toe heb ik genoten van het OV elke dag, maar daar ben ik onderhand wel een beetje klaar mee, dus ben ik op zoek naar een leuke kamer in Enschede. Ik zelf ben vooral een rustige jongen, en daarom ben ik ook op zoek naar een rustig huis met niet al te veel leden, maar daarnaast vindt ik het af en toe ook gezellig om wat samen met het huis te doen. Ik speel zelf nu al een aantal jaar gitaar (wat af en to door het huis te horen kan zijn) en muziek is daardoor een belangrijk onderdeel geworden van mijn leven. I just finished my MSc in International Financial Management at the University of Groningen, and I'm now in the transition from studies into my first proper job in finance and analytics. I'm giving up my room in Groningen at the end of April and looking for a place for up to six months while I settle into work.
