Geachte lezer, Momenteel woon ik in Amsterdam Noord. Inmiddels is mijn inwerkperiode achter de rug en goed doorlopen. Dit betekent dat ik veel vrijheid heb om te kiezen waar ik woon en werk. Ik heb een viertal jaar in Soest(dijk) gewoond. Dit in verband met mantelzorgverplichtingen. Vanwege mijn nieuwe baan bij een grote overheidsinstelling was het handiger dichter bij mijn werk te gaan wonen. Nu ik flexibeler kan en mag zijn wil ik graag terug naar die omgeving. Over mij: goed opgeleid, vaste aanstelling. Ik hou van wandelen in de natuur, geschiedenis, lezen, muziek luisteren en koken. Vriendelijk in de omgang en een betrouwbare huurder.

I'm Jannis. I'm originally from Chalkida, Greece, but I've been living in Amsterdam for the past five years. I'm a painter (studied fine arts in the university of Athens), currently I'm working as a data engineer, and I work a pretty normal 8-5 schedule. During the week, I'm usually in bed by 10:30 and up by 6. I would describe myself as an easy going and independent person. I'm social, but also appreciate my time alone. I appreciate having guests but am mindful of other's comfort, and would always be open and communicative about having people over, and much the same would appreciate room mates to be open with me as well. I'm open to developing friendships but do not see this as a top priority in searching for a roommate. It is important to have a good level of understanding and respect of our mutual space. I like to keep my living space clean and organized and am the type of person to wash dishes as they are made. I'm looking to move in sometime during June. I'm hoping to find a house near Amsterdam Oost region. I would like my own bedroom, and I'm open to living with 1-3 other people. Ideally, the house would have a yard or at least a porch. If the bedrooms are sized differently enough to justify different prices, I'm happy staying in the larger or smaller room.

Hallo! Mijn naam is Irini, en ik ben op zoek naar een leuke woning in Groningen. Het liefst een studio of appartementje, omdat ik graag een plekje voor mijzelf heb. Ik ben 27 jaar en ik werk sinds kort in het Drents Museum in Assen als conservator. Dit bevalt erg goed en daarom ben ik ook op zoek naar een woning in de buurt. In mijn vrije tijd ga ik er graag op uit! Denk aan film festivals, theater of een kledingruil. Ook houd ik ervan om thuis lekker te bakken of te koken, met vrienden te eten of lekker te relaxen.
