Nederlands, ja dat wel maar al woonachtig in het buitenland sinds ik 8 maanden was. Veel gereisd samen met mijn broer en ouders. Ik heb eerst in Noorwegen gewoond waar ik nu voor sep'24 to mei'25 een tussen jaar heb doorgebracht om de taal weer op te pikken en outdoor ervaringen te beleven. Vanaf 2011 in het Midden-Oosten, eerst Oman en sinds 2018 in Dubai. Wie ben ik? Malou, hou wel van een biertje, natuur en reizen met hiken, bungeejumpen, klimmen. Ben netjes en rustig in het dagelijkse leven, ik lees veel en hou van muziek. Katten en honden geen bezwaar. Koken? Moet nog veel bijleren zoals de meeste beginnende studenten maar pasta carbonara of een goede red chicken curry, geen probleem.

Hallo, Ik heb 9 jaar in Hongarije gewoond, ondertussen getrouwd met baby en ook een eigen huis gekocht. Helaas is de politieke toestand gevaarlijk aan het worden voor mensen met een dubbele nationaliteit (zoals me dochter en ik). Daarnaast gaan we scheiden met mijn man, kan ik hier geen crèche vinden omdat deze vol zitten, waardoor ik dus ook niet kan werken. Deze, en nog meer redenen zoals gezondheidszorg etc. hebben ervoor gezorgd dat ik weer terug wil naar mijn geboorte stad, Den Haag. Ik kom terug met mijn kleine en rustige 1 jarige dochter. Ik zou als het mogelijk is ook 2 van mijn 5 katten meenemen, of als het echt moet 1, dit zijn poezen welke ik hier van de straat af heb gehaald en ondertussen rustige volwassen poezen zijn. Ik ben al op zoek naar werk, ik hoop dat dit lukt voor ik terug ga, maar zo niet dan kan ik laten zien dat ik voor meerdere maanden huur kan betalen etc, ik werk hier al 8 jaar voor hetzelfde bedrijf, BP, als managerassistent, en ga er ook vanuit dat ik binnen 2 tot 4 weken een baan vind met een salaris van minimaal 3000 bruto. Ik zoek een klein appartement voor mijn dochter en ik, 40m2 is in principe genoeg maar ben blij met elke extra m2. Ik wil vooral in het begin niet meer betalen dan 1000 excl, het liefst 900 zodat ik huurtoeslag aan kan vragen. Minimaal voor een jaar maar in principe verwacht ik langer te blijven aangezien ik toch geen hypotheek kan betalen de eerste paar jaar. Ik kan laten zien dat ik hier een huis heb, betaal dus al jaren netjes mn hypotheek op tijd, heb hiervoor ook jaren gehuurd en op tijd betaald. Ik ben verder vrij introvert, maak geen lawaai, ben schoon en ik houd niet van te veel rommel, daardoor houdt ik meubilair altijd minimaal. Ik rook en drink niet. Ik zoek een woning vanaf augustus ongeveer, we moeten ons huis eerst verkopen wat 2-3 maanden duurt, daarna kunnen we verhuizen. Ik moet me kunnen inschrijven vanwege werk zoeken en eventueel huurtoeslag. Ik ga meerdere toeslagen krijgen waardoor ik meer overhoud dan salaris min huur.
