I work online alongside my studies, so I spend a good amount of time at home working and studying, and I take good care of shared spaces and always communicate clearly and promptly with landlords and housemates. Financially, I'm covered mainly by my parents, with part of my income coming from my own online work, so rent will always be paid on time. I'm flexible on exact location and open to nearby towns and villages, as I mainly need good transport links to my university.
