Ik ben rustig, netjes, niet-roker en ga zorgvuldig met een woning om. Ik ben op zoek naar een kamer waar ik mij volledig op mijn studie kan richten. Ik arriveer half augustus in Nederland voor de introductieweek. Mijn garantsteller staat garant voor de huur en alle documenten zijn beschikbaar. Omdat ik in Rotterdam woon, is het soms lastig om op korte termijn een bezichtiging bij te wonen. Mocht er serieuze interesse zijn om de woning aan mij te verhuren, dan kom ik uiteraard graag naar Groningen voor een bezichtiging en het ondertekenen van de huurovereenkomst.
