Hoi! Wij zijn Nic en Maelle en we zijn op zoek naar een plek in Utrecht om ons thuis te voelen. Nic werkt als design engineer in de e-bike-industrie en Maelle studeert binnenkort af in Twente. We zijn 26 en 24 jaar oud en komen respectievelijk uit het VK/Nederland en Frankrijk/Hongarije. We roken allebei niet en houden van koken en lekker ontspannen thuis. In onze vrije tijd klimmen en zwemmen we graag, en maken we regelmatig kleine uitstapjes naar de Alpen of het VK. Hoi, ik ben Willem (30). Samen met mijn vriendin Linda (26) dromen we van een huis in Amsterdam. We zijn beiden muzikanten, en merken dat Amsterdam dé stad is waar je moet zijn. We wonen nu nog apart in Utrecht in tijdelijke kamers met huisgenoten, en zouden graag gaan samenwonen. Amsterdam is voor ons de droom. Ik ben er geboren, werk er al vijf jaar bij het BIMHUIS in marketing en communicatie met een vast contract, en speel vaak in Amsterdam als saxofonist. Linda is zangeres en geeft zang- en pianoles, ook in Amsterdam (en Utrecht). Deze locatie is natuurlijk een buitenkans! We zijn allebei muzikant, maar bovenal rustige huurders. Spelen en repeteren doen we in onze studio en repetitieruimte. Thuis is de plek waar we samen tot rust komen. Mijn inkomen is deels vast en deels als zelfstandige, en komt samen uit op ongeveer € 3.500 bruto per maand. Linda is zangeres en geeft sinds kort zang- en pianoles. Samen komen we op een gezamenlijk bruto inkomen van ongeveer € 5.000 per maand. Een werkgeversverklaring, jaarcijfers en IB-aangiften lever ik direct bij de aanvraag aan. Hoi! Ik ben Teun, 18 jaar en ik begin na de zomervakantie met de opleiding Bedrijfskunde aan de Hanzehogeschool in Groningen. Hiervoor ben ik op zoek naar een kamer waar ik me tijdens mijn studententijd echt thuis kan voelen. Ik ben een sociaal, rustig en verantwoordelijk persoon. Thuis ben ik gewend om met anderen onder één dak te wonen, aangezien ik broers en een zusje heb. Ik weet dus hoe belangrijk het is om rekening met elkaar te houden, afspraken na te komen en ook elkaars rust en privacy te respecteren. Daarnaast werk ik als schoonmaker bij het Martini Ziekenhuis. Netheid en hygiëne zijn voor mij daardoor niet alleen thuis belangrijk, maar ook iets waar ik in mijn werk dagelijks mee bezig ben. Ik ga zorgvuldig om met spullen en vind het vanzelfsprekend om gezamenlijke ruimtes netjes en opgeruimd achter te laten. Buiten mijn studie voetbal ik graag, ben ik regelmatig in de sportschool te vinden en spreek ik graag af met vrienden. Met huisgenoten vind ik het leuk om af en toe een praatje te maken of iets gezelligs te doen, zoals samen eten of iets ondernemen, maar ik vind het ook prima als iedereen gewoon zijn eigen ding doet. Ik hoop een gezellig studentenhuis te vinden waar een goede sfeer hangt, iedereen rekening met elkaar houdt en waar ik voor langere tijd met plezier kan wonen. Ik kijk ernaar uit om kennis te maken!
