I am currently taking a gap year while preparing my portfolio for future animation studies and working part-time. My partner Nil is a student and has the necessary documentation and financial support from her family. Our combined monthly income is approximately €2500. In addition, my mother can act as a guarantor. She is self-employed (ZZP) with a stable average monthly income of around €6000, and all required documents can be provided. We are both quiet, respectful and reliable tenants. We do not smoke, have no pets, and take very good care of any property we live in.
