Beste verhuurder, Mijn naam is Julius, ik ben 23 jaar oud en ik stel mijzelf graag aan u voor als uw nieuwe, betrouwbare huurder. Per 1 juli 2026 ben ik op zoek naar een fijne (boven)kamer in Hilversum van minimaal 12 m². Omdat ik een nette laminaatvloer erg mooi vind, gaat mijn voorkeur hiernaar uit. Daarnaast verplaats ik mijzelf dagelijks op de scooter; een tuin of een veilige schuur/berging waar ik deze kan stallen, zou voor mij echt een uitkomst zijn. Op dit moment zit ik in de absolute afrondingsfase van mijn studie Junior Accountmanager. Stilzitten is niks voor mij, dus daarnaast steek ik graag de handen uit de mouwen als assistent klantenservice bij de Albert Heijn in Kerkelanden. Na mijn afstuderen wil ik meteen fulltime aan de slag bij een accountantskantoor of administratiekantoor. Dit geeft mij niet alleen een mooie uitdaging, maar biedt u als verhuurder ook de zekerheid van een stabiel en vast inkomen. De keuze voor Hilversum is voor mij heel bewust. Ik houd van de gezelligheid en de dynamiek van de stad, maar waardeer ook de centrale ligging. Het is voor mij de perfecte uitvalsbasis om snel op mijn werk te zijn of vrienden te bezoeken. In het dagelijks leven ben ik een rustige, volwassen en sociale jongen. Ik vind het heerlijk om mijn eigen gang te gaan, maar ik draag ook graag mijn steentje bij aan een fijn leefklimaat in huis. Een schoon en opgeruimd huis vind ik erg belangrijk. Ik ga aankomend jaar International Studies aan de Universiteit Leiden studeren, campus Den Haag. Ik ben erg geïnteresseerd in cultuur, filosofie, geschiedenis en politiek. Daarnaast ben ik dol op reizen. Afgelopen jaar heb ik een tussenjaar in Japan doorgebracht. Daar heb ik een aantal maanden gewoond, op school gezeten om de taal te bestuderen en rondgereisd. Het was ontzettend leuk om tijdens het reizen en via de school waar ik op zat, mensen uit allerlei verschillende landen te leren kennen en daarnaast in aanraking te komen, en te kunnen leven in een nieuw land met een eigen unieke taal en cultuur. Door deze ervaring in het buitenland heb ik ook al ervaring met op mezelf wonen! Qua persoonlijkheid zou je me denk ik kunnen omschrijven als iemand die nieuwsgierig, creatief, gepassioneerd, avontuurlijk en verantwoordelijk is en als iemand die graag de gezelligheid opzoekt. Ik kan serieus zijn als de situatie daarom vraagt, maar ik ben over zijn algemeenheid iemand die relaxt is en graag spontaan dingen onderneemt. Ik houd heel erg van dansen, zowel professioneel als op een feest (het liefst de hele nacht lang), lezen, dichten, muziek luisteren, sporten en onder de mensen zijn.
