Since we are both quite calm we are also looking for a place on the quieter side.  Now on the financial aspect: we are currently working as military musicians in the Canadian Forces. Since we are coming here for two years, we will not have an income during our time in the Netherlands, but we do have a guarantor and enough money saved up to afford this renting as well as an income during the summer between our two years of study.
