Ik ga in febrauri weer beginnen na een half tussenjaar in Utrecht. Ik woon dan ook graag weer op kamers, zodat ik niet van en naar Houten moet reizen. Beste verhuurder, Wij zijn Twan en Jip, twee nuchtere Achterhoekers die een droom willen verwezelijken in de grote stad. Twan is student Human Resource Management en begint in februari aan zijn afstudeerstage in Amsterdam. Na deze periode zal hij fulltime aan het werk gaan. Jip heeft een studie Creative Business afgerond en is al langere tijd werkzaam in de TV-wereld als freelancer. Vanaf februari zal hij fulltime gaan werken. Qua financiën zijn wij stabiel. Indien gewenst kunnen wij meerdere maanden huur als borg vooruit betalen en daarnaast kunnen onze ouders garant staan. I am a quiet, tidy and reliable tenant. I do not smoke, have no pets and take care of the home I live in. My income is stable. I started as a Business Analyst at ACE + company in January with a permanent contract. My parents can also vouch for me. Of course, I can provide recent payslips and a landlord's statement as substantiation. I am from Belgium (Flanders), but completed my Master in Rotterdam. I decided to stay in The Netherlands because I see myself build a life here more than in Belgium. Apart from all this, I am mainly busy with fitness, traveling, and walking.
