Hello! I'm Alice (22), an Italian design student relocating to Amsterdam, and I'm looking for a cozy place to call home during my internship at Studio Wesseling (NDSM). Ideally, I am looking to rent from the start of September to the end of December, with flexibility for the first week of January if possible. I will be working full-time at the studio, meaning I won't be working from home and will mostly be around in the evenings and on weekends to relax. I am naturally calm, highly organized, and very tidy. I know how to live well with others, deeply respecting everyone's space, personal boundaries, and shared cleaning routines. While I appreciate my quiet time to recharge, I'm also a warm, creative person who loves art, illustration, and enjoying good company. I always strive to keep a harmonious and friendly environment at home.

Op dit moment ben ik bezig met het afronden mijn studie Facility Management aan de HAN University of Applied Sciences in Nijmegen. Vanaf september 2026 start ik met de master Business Administration aan de Universiteit Twente. Daarom zoek ik een kamer voor ongeveer 1,5 jaar. In mijn vrije tijd kijk ik graag films, thuis of in de bioscoop, game ik en speel ik korfbal. Ik zou mezelf omschrijven als een sociaal persoon en vind samen eten en af en toe iets doen in huis leuk, maar ik waardeer tegelijkertijd ook rust en mijn eigen ruimte. Ik zoek een gezellig huis met een goede sfeer en rook niet. Gemengd of niet-gemengd wonen heeft voor mij geen voorkeur.

Ik ben net geslaagd en ben op zoek naar een woning in Groningen. Nu woon ik nog in Almelo dit is vrij ver weg van Groningen, hierdoor ben ik dus op zoek naar een woonplek in Groningen. Graag wil ik een eigen keuken in de woning door mijn interesse in koken, verder zoek ik voor een woning die er net uit ziet. Zelf ben ik sportief, zo ga ik graag naar de sportschool en heb ik zo’n 6 jaar rugby gespeeld. Ik houd van netheid en zal een kamer nooit erger achterlaten dan ik er kwam. Verder ben ik ook zeer verantwoordelijk, en zal afspraken na komen. Overigens ben ik ook tweetallig opgevoed en beschik hierdoor over een hoog niveau Nederlands en Engels. Het is ook heel makkelijk met mij om te gaan.
