In mijn vrije tijd speel ik gitaar, luister ik veel muziek en kook ik graag. Ik ben meestal vrij relaxed en rustig, maar ik vind het ook leuk om af en toe iets gezelligs te doen met huisgenoten, zoals samen eten of gewoon even hangen. Hoi! Ik ben Amy, 18 jaar, en vanaf september begin ik aan de studie Pedagogische Wetenschappen aan de Radboud Universiteit. Daarom ben ik op zoek naar een fijne kamer in Nijmegen. Ik ben sociaal, sportief en netjes. Ik houd van gezelligheid in huis maar houd daarbij zeker ook rekening met anderen. Het lijkt me gezellig om samen te eten, iets te drinken of af en toe iets leuks te doen met huisgenoten :) In mijn vrije tijd ben ik graag actief. Ik zou mezelf omschrijven als rustig van aard, vriendelijk en sociaal. Dat merk ik ook in mijn bijbaantje bij Gall & Gall, waar ik met plezier werk. Daarnaast zie ik mezelf als ondernemend. Ik heb naast mijn studie verschillende bijbanen gehad, van werk bij een gevangenis tot technisch tekenaar. Ook houd ik ervan om aan praktische projecten te werken. In mijn vrije tijd ben ik vaak bezig met kleine technische klusjes, waarbij mijn 3D-printer regelmatig van pas komt. Dat kan iets zijn op aanvraag van iemand anders, maar ook een onderdeel voor een scooter of een beugeltje dat ik zelf nodig heb.

First and foremost, I am: Exceptionally tidy, attentive and respectful of the property:  even smallest issues/damages don't go unnoticed and are dealt with by me. I keep everything well maintained and take full responsibility. Cleanliness and order at all times is important part of my mindset and the way of living. Financially stable:  I work ~32 hours a week on average, make around 2100€ monthly and 24K€ annually, have decent amount of savings and I am very mindful of my finances. No debts or loans. I have been working at FedEx Duiven for over 18 months as a parcel sorter/forklift driver. I work through a work agency and I understand that landlords are very put off by that, but I can assure you that my position is completely firm and there is virtually no chance of me getting laid off. If you have any doubts, I can explain the full work situation in detail. I intend to stay in the country and Gelderland area for a long time as I've permanently left my country of origin Lithuania. Very quiet:  no music, no partying, no loud noises. No drinking or any substances nor smoking. I prefer mostly solitary way of living with my lifestyle revolving around mindfulness, self inquiry, meditation and general focus on my health. Respectful to those around me:  while I don't speak Dutch and am not particularly social, I am polite at all times and I keep in mind the wellbeing of others. I am willing to be involved in any matters that are important for the landlord or community. Honest and transparent in all matters. I am 33 years old. No pets. I am single. I am able to provide all necessary documents. My reason for moving is that I consider home environment to be very important to my overall wellbeing. A fully independent space is a goal of mine, it would be a great improvement to my current housing conditions and open up new opportunities.

My name is Amir, I am half Moroccan, half German and grew up in Frankfurt, Germany. I am studying Politics, Psychology, Law and Economics at UvA and am now moving into my second year. Next to my studies, I work at a boutique hotel on Leidsegracht and am part of a student-led interviewing platform. When Im home, which doesnt happen too often these days, I like to read and relax mostly. I enjoy sharing music as well going to concerts or events of all kinds - from the Matthäus Passion at the Concertgebouw to the Bimhuis jazz club on Tuesdays with my friends or concerts at Paradiso.
