Hoi! Ik ben Michael, 19 jaar. Na het behalen van mijn diploma heb ik ervoor gekozen om eerst een pre-bachelor in Arnhem te volgen. Inmiddels woon ik daar bijna een jaar zelfstandig in een studentenhuis. Daar heb ik ook geleerd dat je soms de enige bent die denkt dat een keuken schoon achterlaten heel normaal is. Vanaf september begin ik met International Business aan Maastricht University. Inmiddels ben ik al meerdere keren in Maastricht geweest en heb ik de stad en verschillende buurten goed leren kennen. Nu ben ik op zoek naar een studio of appartement zoals deze. Niet omdat ik zo graag verhuis, maar juist omdat ik de komende jaren graag één plek wil hebben waar ik na een dag studeren of werken de deur achter me dicht kan trekken en kan denken: mooi, dit is thuis. Naast mijn studie werk ik bij Albert Heijn. In mijn vrije tijd ga ik graag naar de sportschool en sleutel ik graag aan techniek. Verder ben ik vrij eenvoudig. Geen huisdieren, niet-roker en ook niet degene die denkt dat de buren om twee uur ’s nachts nog behoefte hebben aan zijn muzieksmaak. Mijn ouders wonen en werken allebei in Den Haag en staan volledig garant voor de huur. Alle gevraagde documenten heb ik natuurlijk direct beschikbaar. Hi! 😊 My name is Arianna, I’m an Italian medical student at the University of Pavia and I’m coming to Leiden for an Erasmus+ clinical traineeship at Leiden University Medical Center (LUMC). I’ll be working at LUMC from the end of September/beginning of October until the beginning of December, so I’m looking for a room, studio or small apartment in Leiden for approximately 2–2.5 months. Ideally, I’d love to live somewhere relatively close to LUMC or Leiden Central Station, either within walking/cycling distance or with an easy connection. A little about me: I’m friendly, sociable and easy-going, but also respectful of other people’s space and routines. Since I’ll be spending most weekdays at the hospital, I’m looking for a comfortable and peaceful place to come home to. I’m clean and tidy and I’m used to taking care of the place where I live. Outside university and the hospital, I love travelling, spending time with friends, going out for dinner or drinks, sports and discovering new places. Wij zijn Joris en Meike. We zijn allebei opgegroeid in Deventer en wonen mmenteel in Maastricht, waar we allebei hebben gestudeerd. Omdat we graag weer dichter richting ‘huis’ willen wonen, willen we naar Nijmegen verhuizen. Joris gaat na de zomer zeer waarschijnlijk fulltime voor de overheid werken in ’s-Hertogenbosch. Ik werk momenteel bij het Openbaar Ministerie en start binnenkort met mijn master aan de universiteit in Nijmegen. Omdat we beiden veel met het openbaar vervoer reizen, gaat onze voorkeur gaat uit naar een appartement op loopafstand van een station. Wij zijn allebei netjes, rustig en handig. We wonen inmiddels ruim drie jaar in ons appartement in Maastricht en hebben in die tijd nooit hulp van onze huisbaas hoeven vragen, bijvoorbeeld voor reparaties of onderhoud. Wij zoeken dan ook een fijne, rustige plek in Nijmegen die we ons thuis kunnen noemen.
