Wij zijn Joris en Meike. We zijn allebei opgegroeid in Deventer en wonen mmenteel in Maastricht, waar we allebei hebben gestudeerd. Omdat we graag weer dichter richting ‘huis’ willen wonen, willen we naar Nijmegen verhuizen. Joris gaat na de zomer zeer waarschijnlijk fulltime voor de overheid werken in ’s-Hertogenbosch. Ik werk momenteel bij het Openbaar Ministerie en start binnenkort met mijn master aan de universiteit in Nijmegen. Omdat we beiden veel met het openbaar vervoer reizen, gaat onze voorkeur gaat uit naar een appartement op loopafstand van een station. Wij zijn allebei netjes, rustig en handig. We wonen inmiddels ruim drie jaar in ons appartement in Maastricht en hebben in die tijd nooit hulp van onze huisbaas hoeven vragen, bijvoorbeeld voor reparaties of onderhoud. Wij zoeken dan ook een fijne, rustige plek in Nijmegen die we ons thuis kunnen noemen.

Additionally, I work 2 jobs part-time (horeca and research). My fiance is working full-time at a biotech company in Delft (has been working there for 9 months already). If extra proof of long-term financial stability is needed, we have parents ready to act as our official guarantors. We also have savings and receive a student grant from the  Dutch government monthly. We can provide a double deposit if that can ensure our reliability as tenants.
