Hi! my name is Massimo, I am a 25-year-old student, currently finishing a Master’s degree in Financial Economics at Erasmus University (exp Dec 2025) in Rotterdam. Also, in June I'm starting an internship in a real estate company here in the Netherlands. Since the housing contract of the apartment where I currently live will expire on the 25th of July I am now looking for a new nice place to stay. Just to tel you a bit about me: I am a calm and easy-going person who also enjoys going out and being social. I always respect my housemates and neighbors and like keeping things tidy and relaxed at home. I’m very flexible with the type of accommodation and happy to adapt to the house dynamics. Hello! I'm Matteo, a 22-year old international student from Padua, Italy. Starting September 2025, I will begin my Master's Degree in Aerospace Engineering at TU Delft. In my free time I enjoy photography, playing board games, going to the gym, watching movies and Formula One. I have experience with cleaning common spaces (including bathrooms and kitchens) and I would define myself as a fairly good cook, having started cooking for myself and others at home since a young age. I also have experience with behaviours and rules to follow in the case of living with people with eating disorders, as my sister is celiac. I am looking for a private room in a friendly and social environment, and I would really enjoy living in a house where people occasionally have dinner or spend time together. I would preferably like to be in bicycle range from TUD, so either in Delft or nearby cities (Rijswick, Delfgauw, Den Haag, ...). I am a non-smoker and I will not be bringing any pets with me.
