Wij zijn vader en zoon, Evert (74) en Michel (42), en verhuren woonruimte in onze ruime twee-onder-een-kapwoning in Leimuiden. We zoeken een huisgenote die past binnen ons rustige en stabiele huishouden. Met het oog op toekomstplanning en het efficiënt benutten van de ruimte in huis hebben wij besloten te gaan verhuren We bieden deze woonruimte bewust aan binnen een gedeelde woonvorm, waarbij iedereen zijn eigen ruimte heeft en waarbij het vanzelfsprekend is dat ieder zijn steentje bijdraagt aan een netjes en prettig huishouden. Onze voorkeur gaat uit naar een studente die tijdens haar studie een rustige en stabiele woonplek zoekt in een volwassen huishouden. Een omgeving waar duidelijkheid, veiligheid en wederzijds respect centraal staan, en waar zij een betrouwbare en overzichtelijke basis vindt om zich op haar toekomst te kunnen richten. Betrokkenheid en begeleiding vanuit ons is daarbij mogelijk. De bedoeling is dat je onderdeel wordt van het huishouden, bijvoorbeeld door gezamenlijk (avond) te eten en het huishouden te delen, zoals gebruikelijk in een gedeelde woonomgeving. Bij wederzijdse tevredenheid is een langer verblijf bespreekbaar.

Hii, ik ben Maud 😊 Ik ben 23 jaar oud en studeer momenteel de master Global Markets and Local Creativities aan de Erasmus Universiteit Rotterdam (een beetje te vergelijken met politiek en entrepreneurship 😉). Na mijn bachelor Liberal Arts and Sciences aan de University College Groningen ben ik nu bezig met een tweejarige master, waarvoor ik vanaf augustus/september op zoek ben naar een kamer in (de omgeving van) Rotterdam. Ik ben geboren in Amsterdam, maar heb ook een groot deel van mijn jeugd in Zweden en China gewoond. Toen ik 11 was verhuisde mijn familie eerst naar Zweden en later naar Shanghai, waardoor ik ben opgegroeid in een internationale omgeving en al vanaf jonge leeftijd Engelstalig onderwijs heb gevolgd. Mijn ouders en jongere broertjes wonen tegenwoordig in Malmö, waar ik deze zomer ook verblijf. In mijn vrije tijd sport ik graag, ga ik naar culturele evenementen en spreek ik af met vrienden. Tijdens mijn studententijd in Groningen heb ik gevoetbald bij een vriendenteam van de universiteit en gewerkt naast mijn studie. Tegenwoordig besteed ik veel tijd aan mijn master, die behoorlijk intensief is, waardoor ik regelmatig in de bibliotheek te vinden ben. Daarom ben ik ook een rustige huisgenoot die waarde hecht aan een fijne en prettige woonsfeer. Momenteel verblijf ik dus in Malmö, waardoor ik niet altijd in staat ben om fysiek langs te komen voor een bezichtiging. Een online kennismaking of videocall zou daarom ideaal zijn. Groetjes, Maud
