I’m looking for a comfortable place to live where I can focus on my studies and maintain a calm, respectful living environment. I am a responsible, tidy, and organized person who takes good care of shared and private spaces. I respect house rules, value clear communication, and always pay rent on time. I do not smoke, I keep noise to a minimum, and I am considerate of neighbors and housemates. I’m quite an active and outdoor-oriented person — I enjoy going to the gym, meeting friends, and spending time outside enjoying life. At the same time, I also appreciate quiet time at home, where I can relax, recharge, and enjoy a peaceful indoor environment. I treat the property as if it were my own and believe in maintaining a clean, safe, and pleasant home. Verder ben ik een rustige huurder. Ik ben veel aan het werk en in mijn vrije tijd ben ik meestal aan het sporten. Ik zoek vooral een fijne plek om te wonen en ik ga netjes met andermans spullen om.
