Geachte heer/mevrouw, Mijn naam is Yigit Batuhan Yigin, ik ben 24 jaar oud. Ik heb aan de Radboud Universiteit gestudeerd en werk momenteel als Software Developer op de campus. Ik ben daarom op zoek naar een nieuwe woning in Nijmegen. Ik ben nog bezig met het verbeteren van mijn Nederlands, dus mijn excuses als ik soms fouten maak. Ik ben een rustige en nette persoon en vind het belangrijk om prettig en respectvol met mijn huisgenoten en buren om te gaan. In mijn vrije tijd speel ik graag piano en ga ik graag wandelen en hiken. Ik vind het fijn om actief bezig te zijn, maar geniet ook van een rustige en gezellige thuisomgeving. I'm Chani, 27, and I work in quality assurance for medical technology. For the past five years I've built and run the quality systems behind medical devices , most recently as senior QA officer on an autonomous medical robot, and now as quality and risk lead at Niavicta, where I'm also co-founder. I have an M.A. in International Management, with a thesis on the adoption of autonomous medical devices that was graded with distinction, and a B.Sc. in Physiology and Psychology, cum laude. I'm originally from South Africa, where I worked in medical device regulation before moving to the Netherlands in 2023. I've been in Utrecht since then, so this would be a local move rather than a fresh start, I know the area and I'm settled here. Outside work I'm at the gym a few times a week and I walk a lot; it's how I get away from a screen. The rest of my free time mostly goes into programming , I'm usually building something, learning a new tool, or taking a system apart to see how it works. As a housemate I'm tidy, self-sufficient and easy to live alongside. I cook properly, clean up after myself, and I'm not someone who fills the house with people. I like coming home to a calm place at the end of the day. I'm not a student, which in practice means a steady income, a predictable weekday routine, and no plans to move out at the end of a semester. I'm looking for somewhere settled for the longer term , at least 1-2 years.

Ik ben Sjoerd, 19 jaar en ga in september starten met de studie Werktuigbouwkunde aan de TU Delft. In 2025 heb ik mijn vwo afgerond. Daarna heb ik een tussenjaar genomen waarin ik veel heb gewerkt en het vak vwo-natuurkunde heb gevolgd, zodat ik in Delft kon gaan studeren.
