hoihoi, Ben als velen opzoek naar een kamer voor het komende studiejaar in Wageningen. Heb een tussenjaar in Australie gedaan dus heb genoeg gekke verhalen te vertellen, daar 9 maand voor mezelf gezorgd dus ik hou keuken kamer en mezelf netjes. Hou ook altijd wel van een (aantal) drankjes zoals dat hier in het Oosten gaat. Verder erg sociaal, actief in de sportschool, misschien via de Uni nog een andere sport erbij doen maar dat komt vanzelf.

Starting from late August, I will be pursuing my Master’s degree in Architecture at TU Delft. Why do I think I would make a great roommate? Besides the fact that my English level allows me to keep up long conversations on many topics, I am a master of household order: I sacredly respect the unwritten code of cleanliness. I possess a unique genetic code that compels me to recap the toothpaste tube, put things back where they belong, and wash my coffee mug immediately, rather than "in five minutes." I respect my roommates' food boundaries. I never touch anyone else's yogurts in the fridge, I don't leave empty cartons inside just for show, and I know how to cook meals that won't trigger the smoke alarm. I love to cook, and I'm good at it. My culinary highlights include homemade pizza and tiramisu.

Ik ben een rustige, sociale en actieve huisgenoot. In mijn vrije tijd wandel en hardloop ik graag, ga ik naar de sportschool en speel ik tennis. Daarnaast houd ik van fotografie, lezen en ben ik mezelf gitaar aan het leren. Ook ben ik actief bij S.A. Proto, zit ik in de Programme Committee van EEMCS en werk ik bij Pre-University, waar ik lesgeef en met social media bezig ben. In een huis zoek ik vooral een fijne balans tussen gezelligheid en ruimte voor je eigen ding. Mijn naam is Boris van Dongen en ik ga in september beginnen met technische natuurkunde in Twente. Mijn voornaamste hobby is videogames, maar ik vind alles wel leuk zolang ik het maar met andere mensen kan doen (behalve monopoly). Ook vind ik koken leuk, of het nou een simpele pasta is of een uitgebreide maaltijd. Ik werk in de Albert Heijn en ben van plan om dit ook in Twente te blijven doen. Ik heb de afgelopen tien jaar op atletiek gezeten, maar ben daar inmiddels mee gestopt om iets nieuws te zoeken. Ik zit nu vooral te kijken naar boulderen en volleybal. Ik rook ook niet en drink (nog) niet. Ik ben iemand die het best gezellig vindt om een keer een uitstapje te doen naar de stad of een andere activiteit zoals sinterklaas of kerstdiner. Tegelijkertijd heb ik soms ook behoefte aan wat tijd voor mezelf om even op mijn kamer te gamen of gewoon niks te doen. Ik zoek hierbij dus vooral naar een combinatie van de twee, waarbij er dus altijd tijd is voor een praatje bij het ontbijt of een colaatje in de avond en ook ruimte om jezelf even terug te trekken. Ik hou erg van actieve vakanties, waarbij ik bijvoorbeeld ga wandelen in de bergen of skiën. Ik ben geen strandmens, je zult mij nooit bruin zien of bruin zien worden. Ik hoor graag terug als er vanuit jullie ook interesse is, en hoe er dan een hospiteeravond geregeld wordt. Ik woon in Eindhoven, maar heb een auto en kan dus ook op kortere termijn (2 uur van tevoren) vertrekken.
