Hence, I would like to move into a new accommodation this summer and would gladly sign a contract for July (and rent it for at least a year). If there is a possibility to renew the contract after one year; this would be ideal for me since it corresponds with the end of my Bachelor’s degree in two years. I am a responsible female student who values cleanliness and communication - with roommates and landlord. I don’t party, drink, or smoke, and just focus on my studies.
