Mijn naam is Timo en ik ben sinds kort weer op zoek naar een eigen kamer. Na een tijd gewoond te hebben in Leeuwarden voor een studie ben ik gestopt en weer terug verhuist naar Vlaardingen. Hier heb ik nu naast mijn vrijwilligerswerk bij twee jeugdorganisaties een vaste baan gevonden bij Scouting BSO Vlaardingen en doe ik een BBL studie. Doordat mijn ouders nu beide ver weg zijn verhuisd en ik nu tijdelijk ergens woon is het belangrijk dat ik mijn eigen plekje zoek. Ik ben een nette huurder, sociaal ingesteld en over het algemeen gewoon gezellig. dus met huisgenoten samen wonen is voor mij geen probleem. I'm a painter (studied fine arts in the university of Athens), currently I'm working as a data engineer, and I work a pretty normal 8-5 schedule. During the week, I'm usually in bed by 10:30 and up by 6. I would describe myself as an easy going and independent person. I'm social, but also appreciate my time alone. I appreciate having guests but am mindful of other's comfort, and would always be open and communicative about having people over, and much the same would appreciate room mates to be open with me as well. I'm open to developing friendships but do not see this as a top priority in searching for a roommate. It is important to have a good level of understanding and respect of our mutual space. I like to keep my living space clean and organized and am the type of person to wash dishes as they are made. I'm looking to move in sometime during June. I'm hoping to find a house near Amsterdam Oost region. I would like my own bedroom, and I'm open to living with 1-3 other people. Ideally, the house would have a yard or at least a porch. If the bedrooms are sized differently enough to justify different prices, I'm happy staying in the larger or smaller room.
