Ik studeer graag, houd van een schoon huis, kan poetsen en koken. Je kunt dus het trainingsprogramma overslaan. Ik verwacht wel ook dat mijn huisgenootjes zich er aan houden. Ik ben sportief (reddingszwemmen en martial arts) en houd van kletsen en samen dingen ondernemen zoals bowlen en escaperooms etc. maar ben geen stapper. Ik trek me graag af en toe terug op mijn kamer voor mijn studie of een goed boek. Ik hou van samen (gezond) koken en lekker eten en van taarten bakken, maar niet van afwassen. Hey, my name is Kerrin, I´m 24 and a soon to be Master´s student from Germany looking for a place to live in Leiden or close by that ideally comes with nice people to live with and will hopefully feel like a home for the next few years. I´m currently finishing my Bachelor´s of molecular medicine in Tübingen, Germany, and will specialize in Biology and Science Communication in the future. Being interested in communication also means that I put great emphasis on a well-functioning communication in a shared flat and with people in general. It is very important to me that everyone´s needs can be talked about and are respected (including e.g. clean common spaces, quiet times, consideration of stressfull times, etc.). I´ve lived in two different shared flats and a student residence so far and loved the feeling of community and activities like cooking together, trips, or board game nights. I´m not much of a party person but will always be happy to join you for a cup of coffee or a walk on the beach. My friends describe me as empathetic, determined, well-organized, and funny and in my free time I like to be creative, spend time outside or cooking, meeting friends over a coffee, or learn a new language. Besides English and German, I´ve had fun learning Swedish and am currently getting into Spanish and Dutch. It would be great to have flatmates who could see themselves contributing to my Dutch too. Pearks of living with me would include that I can take very good care of your plants while you´re away and that I have lots of great recipes from my time working at the bakery of my favorite café. Joeri is afgestudeerd socioloog en is sinds een jaar aan het werk als analist bij Politie Noord-Nederland.
