Hee! Ik ben Reinout, 19 jaar en op zoek naar een gezellig huis in Delft! Ik ben relaxed, sociaal en eigenlijk altijd wel in voor iets leuks. Ik hou van avonden met vrienden, samen eten, biertje doen, stappen of gewoon lekker thuis hangen. Muziek is echt mijn ding. Ik draai als DJ, onder andere het afgelopen jaar bij Lorre, en produceer ook eigen tracks, dus jullie kunnen op mijn musicale skills rekenen. Verder ga ik graag naar de sportschool en sla ik af en toe een balletje op de golfbaan. Ik ben vorig jaar begonnen met mijn studie Technische Bedrijfskunde en dit jaar lid geworden bij DSC, maar het lijkt me ook leuk om met mijn huis een eigen vriendengroep op te bouwen. Dus niet alleen ergens een kamer hebben, maar ook samen dingen doen, lachen en gezelligheid. Dus als jullie nog een relaxte en gezellige huisgenoot zoeken, kom ik graag morgenavond langs bij jullie. Ik ben een 26-jarige Franse professional en werk sinds ongeveer een jaar als projectmanager in Amsterdam, nadat ik hier een paar jaar geleden al eerder heb gewoond. Hoewel ik nu in Amsterdam werk, is Utrecht (Utreg) altijd mijn veilige haven gebleven. Ik woon momenteel in een SSH-studentenwoning en kom daar niet langer voor in aanmerking. Ik ben op zoek naar een plek om voor minstens 12 maanden thuis te noemen 😊 Een beetje meer over mij: ik ben van nature wat introvert, maar vind het juist gezellig om tijd door te brengen met mijn huisgenoten. Ik hou van een fijne balans tussen mijn eigen ruimte en samen eten, koffie drinken of gewoon gezellig kletsen. Thuis is voor mij de plek om op te laden, dus ik waardeer een rustige en ontspannen sfeer. Ik houd van tuinieren, hardlopen, koffie drinken met vrienden en genieten van de simpele dingen in het leven. Ik geloof ook dat de manier waarop iemand zijn of haar huis inricht veel zegt over iemands persoonlijkheid. Daarom heb ik een paar foto's van mijn huidige plek toegevoegd. First and foremost, I am: Exceptionally tidy, attentive and respectful of the property:  even smallest issues/damages don't go unnoticed and are dealt with by me. I keep everything well maintained and take full responsibility. Cleanliness and order at all times is important part of my mindset and the way of living. Financially stable:  I work ~32 hours a week on average, make around €2400 monthly and €29k annually gross, have decent amount of savings and I am very mindful of my finances. No debts or loans. I have been working at FedEx Duiven for over 20 months as a forklift driver. I work through a work agency, however my position is 100% firm there with no realistic possibility of me getting laid off. I currently have the option for a permanent contract, but I cannot take it since I am depended on the work agency housing. I intend to stay in the country and Gelderland area for a long time as I've permanently left my country of origin Lithuania. Very quiet:  no music, no partying, no loud noises. No drinking or any substances nor smoking. I prefer mostly solitary way of living with my lifestyle revolving around mindfulness, self inquiry, meditation. Respectful to those around me:  while I don't speak Dutch and am not particularly social, I am polite at all times and I keep in mind the wellbeing of others.
