I am Carmen, 29, originally from Austria and currently, I work as Marketing Manager at a Sales company in Houthaven (and loving it!) Initially, I moved here to study, but, eventually, I fell in love with the Netherlands and decided to stay 🤍 Where do I live now and why am I moving? Currently, I live in an apartment in Nieuw-West with one roommate, however, my rental contract was only one year, so now is the time for me to look for a new place I can call home. When am I moving? I am looking for a room from June onward but I am flexible and can also move in sooner! Am I tidy? I am Austrian, I think being organized and tidy is in our DNA 😄 But seriously, I think when sharing your living space it's important to clean up after yourself and just be considerate of one another (and have open communication!) Who else am I bringing? No one! It's just me and my 3 plants (but they are barely hanging on for dear life… so we'll see if they make it) BUT I am always buying fresh flowers (see picture as a reference 🌸) What do I do when I am not working? Generally, I am a quite quiet and relaxed person. Since my job is very demanding, I am usually tired when I get home. However, I am always up for a chat :) Weekends I either spend with friends at a nice brunch spot, go to a museum, the gym, or a nice walk, or just relax with a nice book. Am I a party girl? On a good day, I barely make it to 11.00 pm before I hit the bed 😴 but then again, if you wanna have a glass of wine in the kitchen and talk about life...say less 🍷 Some other things you should know? I don't have any pets, I don't smoke and I would like to rent a room for at least 1 year, but preferably longer if that's possible. Hieronder informatie over wie ik ben: Ik ben Yvonne Stienstra 21 jaar oud studeert HBO-Verpleegkunde aan de Hogeschool van Leeuwarden en werk daarnaast in de thuiszorg en een verzorgingstehuis in Drachten. Wanneer het mij lukt om een mooi appartement te verkrijgen in Groningen ben ik van plan om op zoek te gaan naar een werkplek in Groningen. Ik ben bewust opzoek naar een net appartement in Groningen omdat ik dit erg belangrijk vind. Ik hou van een rustige en schone leefomgeving om mij te kunnen concentreren op mijn studie en werk. Ik heb een aanvullende en uitwonende beurs en een spaarpot op kunnen bouwen omdat ik al een langere tijd aan het werk ben. Momenteel woon ik thuis in Friesland, dit is voor mijn werk en studie veel gereis. Naast dat ik graag dichterbij mijn studie wil wonen ben ik er klaar voor om op mijzelf te gaan.
