I am a joyful undergraduate student, studying Molecular and Biophysical Life Sciences at Utrecht University. I consider myself as a decent, respectful and conscientious person and thanks to that I am working right now as a private tutor. I like to spend time with my friends but I do not smoke nor have parties. Furthermore, I love cleanliness the most, and in my free time I usually read, train, cook or study.

In mijn vrije tijd luister ik naar muziek en kijk ik films en series, altijd met een koptelefoon op. Ik rook niet en drink geen alcohol. Ik ben wat meer op mezelf en vind het dus geen probleem om geen bezoek in mijn kamer te ontvangen. Maar een praatje is altijd gezellig. En ik hou van bordspelletjes.

Volgend jaar ga ik beginnen met mijn bachelor opleiding Security Studies in het mooie Den Haag. Ik woon nu in Boxtel ik ben nu dus op zoek naar een leuke kamer. Ik vind het leuk om te reizen, Netflixen, lezen en natuurlijk carnavallen! Ik zeg zelden nee tegen een drankje, goede (of slechte) film, spelletjes avond of een gezellig middagje shoppen.

Hey! Ik ben Marloes (21 vanaf juni), en ik kom volgend jaar (vanaf september) mijn master BMT volgen aan de UT. Na een drie jaar bachelor in Eindhoven kom ik mijn geluk proberen in het verre oosten, en daarbij ben ik op zoek naar een gezellig huis om bij te komen wonen! Ik ben van plan om een lekker sociaal leven op te bouwen zodra ik eenmaal begin. Zo heb ik mijn oog op verschillende creatieve groepen maar ook sportverenigingen (heb goede dingen gehoord over v.v. Drienerlo?). En een leuke groep huisgenoten voor de simpelere activiteiten kan daar natuurlijk niet aan ontbreken. Samen eten doe ik graag (vooral als ik dan zelf niet elke dag hoef te koken, want yikes), en vindt ik dat ook heel gezellig. Schoonmaken doe ik niet graag, tenzij ik mijn studies aan het uitstellen ben, maar ik heb veel over voor een schoon huis. Ook een schop onder de kont, als ik mijn taken niet netjes gedaan heb. ’s Avonds hou ik vaak van een rustige avond, maar ik ben ook groot bordspel-fan, als je me eenmaal uit mijn hyperfocus van het moment hebt weten te schoppen. Deze hyperfocus wisselt veel: mijn hobby’s verschillen tussen verschillende creatieve dingen (vooral tekenen en schilderen, maar ik probeer graag nieuwe dingen), videogames, lezen (als de dyslexie het toelaat), en het bingen van series in recordtempo’s. Als jullie denken dat deze plantenmoeder zonder groene vingers met een constant irritant liedje in haar hoofd goed bij jouw huis zou passen, hoor ik graag van je! Hi, I’m Evalina, soon to be 20 years old and currently studying the bachelor communication science at the wonderful Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. I have always been a curious and open-minded person which is why after my a-levels I realized that I wanted something new and exciting in my life, so I decided to study abroad. Amsterdam as a city was the perfect match for me, because even though I don’t speak Dutch yet (but I am going to learn it with the beginning of May), everyone speaks English and since it is not very far from Germany, I am still able to visit my family regularly. For the first year of my bachelor, I was one of the lucky students to get student accommodation. I am sharing the apartment with another girl and we are both very organized, clean and tidy. But due to an age difference of 8 years she treated me rather like a “little sister” than an equal roommate. This made me realize that for my next accommodation I am not just looking for a place to stay but I am looking to find a home as I am planning on doing my masters as well in Amsterdam. In my free time I love to travel all around the world, do fun activities with my friends but also to have a chilled movie night. Regarding sports in really enjoy doing Zumba as well as tennis. You may wonder why I am the perfect roommate for you? I already have experience in living and running a household on my own.
