We are a couple 35 and 43 from Spain. I lived in the Netherlands for five years. I have agency house in Maarssen but i need to find something for private. We are quiet people, we like travel with the weekend vrij. We have stable jobs in Hema Utrecht and we don't smoke, we don't drink, we don't have kid or pets. It's not my first time renting apartment here or in Spain so we know how to do. We are a good tenants.

I’m Caro from Cologne, Germany and I’ll be starting my Master’s at Leiden University in International Organisation this September (but I am already willing to pay rent for August). I recently completed my Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and worked alongside my studies for quite some time at a the radio. I love staying active and trying out new sports aparte form going to the gym, cooking, travelling (especially in Europe & Latin America), spending time with friends and I’m always up for a spontaneous coffee or beer. ☕️ I have lived in different cultural environments (for example, for over a year for my studies in Mexico) in shared flats and I enjoy getting to know new people, cooking together and going out for a beer with my roomies once in a while. 🍺 And also I’m tidy and respectful!

Ideally, I’d love to live somewhere relatively close to LUMC or Leiden Central Station, either within walking/cycling distance or with an easy connection.
