Hello! My name is Liadha (pronounced Lia), I am a 31 year old Irish female who is looking for a room in a place shared with like-minded people. I’m new to Amsterdam but not new to living abroad; I spent the last 6 years in Toronto, Canada, which I loved! I work in digital marketing and have a job in this field in Amsterdam, which is located in Amsterdam Zuid. I rented an apartment by myself for the past 3 years, so am used to managing the responsibilities of being a tenant, and can provide a great reference from the landlord. Prior to this, I lived in shared accommodation from the age of 17 and grew up with 4 sisters, so I am very much accustomed to sharing a living space! I like to work out or go for a run in the mornings, then generally work 9-5. I keep weekday evenings pretty chill, generally just cooking dinner and watching TV, but I like to meet friends for food or drinks later in the week and on weekends. I love trying new bars and restaurants so am excited to explore Amsterdam! I don’t know a lot of people in Amsterdam yet so am hoping to hang out with my new roommate(s) from time to time but I’m also totally fine with it if they like to keep to themselves. I love TV//film, good food, fashion, hiking, pilates, reading, travelling… if it sounds like a good fit, I’d love to arrange a viewing and meet properly :)

She went to Paris to make purchases and to China on business trips to factories. After moving to Amsterdam, she is working with artists and designers in Amsterdam besides her jewelry brand business. Our current short-term rental contract ends in June, so we’re now looking for a new home where we can settle for the long term and continue building our life here in the Netherlands.
