Dag allemaal! Ik ben Rick, 24 jaar oud, woon momenteel nog in Amersfoort maar zou erg graag een gezellig huis/fijne plek voor mezelf vinden in Utrecht! Deze zomer heb ik mijn master Spatial Planning aan de UU afgerond. Hierna vond ik het tijd om even bij te komen en heb ik een reis naar Japan gemaakt. Na een aantal maanden goed genoten te hebben is mijn leven als werkloze inmiddels ten eind.. Sinds kort ben ik namelijk begonnen als Trainee Ruimtelijke Ontwikkeling en houd ik mij o.a. bezig met onderwerpen als stedenbouw en klimaatadaptatie :). Verder wil ik daar naast blijven werken als muziekproducent wat ik al een aantal jaar heb gedaan als bijbaan naast het studeren. In mijn vrije tijd maak ik dan ook graag muziek (gelukkig ook met koptelefoon ;) ), en als ik wat afwisseling zoek maar wel creatief wil zijn ben ik bezig met fotografie of lekker even aan het tekenen. Ik vind het heerlijk om (samen) te koken en ben ook regelmatig in de sportschool te vinden of loop ik een rondje hard. Ook ben ik niet vies van gezelligheid, denk aan een huisfeestje of borrel, maar ik moet zeggen dat het regelmatig uitgaan er voor mij niet (meer) zo in zit. Mijn naam is Claudice van de Kemp, 24 jaar. Ik ben deze maand afgestudeerd als logopedist aan de Hogeschool Utrecht. Vanaf september ga ik werken als logopedist op basisscholen in Utrecht, en daarom ben ik op zoek naar woonruimte daar. Momenteel woon ik bij mijn ouders in Voorthuizen, waardoor het reizen best ver is. In mijn vrije tijd houd ik van creatieve hobby’s zoals haken, tekenen en lezen. Een woning huren, omgeven door natuur, is de perfecte plek voor mij. Ik ben een actieve en gezonde persoon. Ik doe dagelijks aan yoga en leid een gezond en ecologisch leven. Gedurende mijn drie jaar in Thailand heb ik in een huurhuis gewoond van een Thais echtpaar van 70 jaar dat geen Engels sprak, en de taalbarrière was nooit een probleem. Ze waren bijna als ouders voor mij en we onderhouden nog steeds contact. Deze ervaring heeft me in staat gesteld me gemakkelijk aan te passen aan nieuwe situaties en snel de cultuur en taal van het land dat zijn deuren voor mij opent te leren. Ik werk nu al zes maanden bij PostNL en ben gewend aan discipline en fysieke inspanning. Ik ben niet een roker, wat ik als een extra waarde beschouw voor elke woning. Ik geef er de voorkeur aan alleen te wonen, omdat ik erg schoon en ordelijk ben. Wanneer ik een woning deel, eindig ik altijd met het schoonmaken voor mijn huisgenoten, en dat is geen aangename situatie voor mij. Daarnaast heb ik een grote interesse om meer te leren over de Nederlandse cultuur en taal. Sinds ik zes maanden geleden naar Nederland ben gekomen, heb ik niet de gelegenheid gehad om de taal te leren vanwege mijn werkomgeving en woonomgeving, omdat ik altijd omringd ben door buitenlanders. Ik ben erg enthousiast om te beginnen met het leren van de Nederlandse gewoonten en taal en me zo snel mogelijk te integreren.
