I'm looking for a room to rent for at least a year and to move into a place between now and July, I am able to pay double rent if needed. I am independent, have lived on my own for the past 3 years, so am used to doing my share of house chores. I'm friendly, connect easily with all kinds of people and ages and avoid drama. Social but not loud and enjoy a good conversation, yet I also like my privacy. I don't smoke, I like to cook and eat healthy and enjoy a beer on occasion. I like to fix and create things, and go to the gym or for a run just about every day. I grew up in the USA (Dutch mom, American dad) traveling to Holland often, my whole family lives here except for my parents. After I finished high school in Colorado, I moved to Hawaii to work and learn to surf. Then I back-backed to Africa and SE Asia for another 6 months, before settling in Amsterdam. Furthermore, apart from my personal income, I am also financially supported by my family and their income greatly surpasses the rent. Overall, I am a very respectful person and do not cause any disturbance, while also taking care of the place I live in. All this makes me believe that I would be a perfect fit for your apartment.
