Hallo, Mijn naam is Alva en ik kom uit Hamburg, Duitsland en zal 19 jaar oud zijn als ik in september aan mijn bachelor International Business begin. Op dit moment ben ik druk bezig met het maken van mijn examens op school, maar in mijn vrije tijd speel ik hockey. Ik heb ervoor gekozen om in Nederland te studeren omdat ik al verliefd was geworden op het land toen ik een uitwisselingsjaar deed in een klein dorpje vlakbij Eindhoven (De Mortel). Daar woonde ik bij een Nederlands gezin en ging naar een Nederlandse school en daarom spreek ik de taal nu vloeiend (ook al is het in de loop van de tijd misschien een beetje roestig geworden;) Ik ben een heel makkelijk en open persoon en help graag waar ik kan! Als het bijvoorbeeld gaat om schoonmaken of opruimen, ben ik zeer verantwoordelijk en betrouwbaar. Hoewel ik met andere mensen samen zou wonen, hoop ik niet alleen met huisgenoten te zijn, maar ook af te kunnen spreken met vrienden om bijvoorbeeld af en toe een kook- of filmavond te houden of gaan picknicken. I moved here for my job as an interaction designer, i work 9 to 6 and 90% of the time i go to my office. I've been sharing apartments since I was 19, im clean, sociable and respectful. I enjoy having a chat after long day and share fun moments together if everyone else is up for it , but I also like to have some me time to re-charge. I enjoy a friendly environment and im always open to communication. I love trying new foods, and explore cafes (very strong sweet thoot). I enjoy walking around, and get lost in the city, visiting second hand shops, and I'm always up for a bad tv series or a good movie.

Mijn partner en ik zijn van plan om eindelijk samen te gaan wonen, daarom zijn we op zoek naar een woning, bij voorkeur in omgeving Eindhoven, Tilburg of Den Bosch. Ik werk als IT-consultant bij Advisie en heb een vast contract. Mijn vriendin studeert nog (deeltijd online in Polen), maar alleen in het weekend. Doordeweeks heeft ze verschillende banen, waar ze in totaal 40-60 uur per week werkt. Echter, is ze dit jaar van plan te gaan starten als stewardess bij Ryanair. We hebben geen huisdieren, roken niet en zouden graag uiterlijk voor 30 maart willen huren.

The place is dirty, old, and poorly managed. That is why I would love to move out to a more looked after place, it would greatly affect my mental health.
