Hey, I'm Bozhana. I'll be a student at UvA this fall and I am currently searching for a place to live while I do my studies. As a tenant, I prioritize cleanliness, respect for shared spaces, and open communication.

I'm excited to move to the Netherlands, start my studies, and meet as many people as I can. My current roommates would tell you that I am quiet, orderly, and easy to get along with. My girlfriend would say that I am a clean person. And my mommy says I'm a very good boy :) Ik heb Nederlands aan het leren voor meer dan een jar, maar het is nog niet so goed. Maar ik leer graag.

I am renting out some space from my apartment. Since I also will stay in the apartment I will be your host (not a student), and as we may spend some time in the same apartment it may be a good idea to share some info about myself. I am broadly interested. I consider myself a social person. I like to be in contact with other people from all kinds of origin and like to talk about all kinds of subjects. I am an alpha as well as a beta person, I am into technical stuff as well as into languages. I do a lot of fitness at home. I have done all kinds of interesting things mostly on the area of IT, but have stopped working on a fixed position for a while now. I am not the type working with a fixed agenda, I eat when I want, sleep when I want, go out where and when I want, but I am quite punctial with my appointments and rules. Also I keep all my business in good order. I am rather experienced with renting to expats, young foreigners and Dutch people, though not in the house where I live myself, so this is new to me, but I am open to new things.

Hierna ben ik weer opzoek naar een plekje in een gezellig huis waarin iedereen ook fijn zijn eigen ding kan doen. Ook vind ik een studio voor mezelf een prettig idee! I am currently trying to learn Dutch, as I plan on moving abroad from Spain. I like keeping my space organized and clean and won't mind sharing in the house tasks. Not a big smoker or drinker but I am known to partake if the occasion calls for it. My favourite way of socializing is by having movie nights (with snacks, of course), and I am a huge Lord of the Rings fan. I also love TTRPG's and boardgames, and I'm actually a DM myself, so if you've been meaning to try out Dungeons and Dragons, this might be you chance :D.
