Mijn naam is patrick, 35 jaar, en na jaren thuis te hebben gewoond heb ik een aantal jaren op kamers gewoond in Winschoten waar ik zowel geboren als getogen ben en wil nu mijn horizon verbreden daarom heb ik afgelopen jaar toen ik de kans kreeg om voor een paar maanden in Groningen te gaan wonen de kans met bij de handen aan gegrepen en het is me zeer goed bevallen maar zoals ik al aangaf ging het om een tijdelijke woonruimte waar ik in december uit moest daarom ben ik momenteel terug in Winschoten ik sta al aantal jaren ingeschreven bij woningcorporaties tot nu toe zonder succes daarom probeer ik het op deze manier. Ik ben niet erg kieskeurig ik vind de locatie (Stad Groningen) of omgeving belangrijker dan de woonruimte zelf wel is het belangrijk dat bij een huurwoning huurtoeslag mogelijk is mijn voorkeur gaat natuurlijk uit naar een (studio/appartement) maar sta ook open voor een Kamer met gezellige huisgenoten. Over mij: Ik ben rustig, netjes en sociaal. Ik hou van dagjes uit, van wandelen, foto graveren filmavonden en heb een passie voor muziek en ga graag naar festivals & opstap. ik rook niet en ben een gezelligheid drinker, verder hou ik van gezellige sfeer en ik weet ook goed om een gezellige sfeer te creëren. Vanaf september begin ik aan de master Econometrics aan de Erasmus Universiteit Rotterdam en ben ik op zoek naar een kamer voor de duur van deze master, ongeveer twee jaar. Tijdens mijn bachelor ben ik onder andere bestuurslid geweest bij de Amnesty International Student Group Amsterdam, waar ik verantwoordelijk was voor externe relaties en evenementenorganisatie. Daarnaast werk ik als stadsgids in Amsterdam, waar ik rondleidingen geef over de geschiedenis en politiek van de stad. Dit werk heeft mijn communicatieve vaardigheden sterk ontwikkeld en ik ga graag het gesprek aan met mensen van uiteenlopende achtergronden. Ik ben internationaal georiënteerd, maar spreek inmiddels ook Nederlands op B1-niveau en oefen dit graag verder. In mijn vrije tijd ga ik regelmatig naar de sportschool en verdiep ik me in kunst, onder andere door regelmatig musea te bezoeken. Throughout my 3 years living there, I have never had any issues or disagreements with my landlord or the neighbours. Being an active member of the university football team at Leiden University, I like to spend most of my time, besides studying and working as an online tutor, outdoors.
