I am looking for a place to rent with my friend, who’s also an international student. Our current housing contract is ending in July, as we are on a temporary contract. As such, we are looking to secure a new place to live as soon as possible. We are interested in renting out a long-term space, possibly an indefinite contract, at least for the continuation of our studies (though, we'd be fine with settling for a temporary contract i.e. 2 years or 18 months). We are on a 4-year ELT/Elektrotechniek bachelor course and have been excelling academically, and we are fully committed to completing our programme and would be grateful for a place to stay whilst we are enrolled so we may focus on our studies. In addition to being students, we can also provide financial guarantees and bank statements from our parents to ensure reliable rent payments and transparency. We are responsible, clean, and respectful and would be happy to provide any documentation upon request if needed.
