Hello everyone! I am Aniruddh, a 21 year from India and I will be pursuing my Master's at Universiteit Leiden, starting this September. To tell you a bit more about myself, I was born and brought up in Mumbai and I have always had a passion for History, Archaeology and learning more about our past; and thus I decided to pursue my career in this field. After completing my Bachelor's degree in Ancient Indian History, Culture and Archaeology, I worked at an art conservation firm for a year. Recently, I was honoured to have been accepted for the Master's program at Universiteit Leiden, and hence I am searching for accommodation in and around Leiden. 1) I am very neat, organised and tidy, and I assure you that I would maintain the room very well. Since I grew up with both my parents being away for work everyday, I am used to doing chores as well as other work for my own house. 2) I do not drink or smoke; I would like to maximise my time in the Netherlands by committing to my studies and my work. As I grew up with I am also comfortable sharing a room or sharing facilities with my roommates or housemates. 3) In my free time, I like to engage in physical activities such running, swimming, and various types of sports. Since I have a passion for Heritage, I also enjoy touring the city and visiting places of historical and cultural significance. I will be starting my degree at the AMS in September 2025, but I am looking to move to Amsterdam as soon as possible. I've lived in both single apartments and shared flats throughout Germany, and despite my more introverted personality, I particularly enjoyed the social nature of flatshares. I currently live in Berlin, where I've been working full time for the past two years. In my free time, I like to cycle, play Volleyball, and I'm currently trying to learn Spanish and Dutch.
