I am tidy, organised, and respectful of shared spaces, and I will not be bringing many belongings with me. As an international student, it is important that I am able to register at the address with the municipality (for my BSN). I am looking for long-term accommodation with a budget of up to €1000 per month (utilities included). I can provide proof of financial stability, including a bank statement and a guarantor. I am also be able to provide my university admission letter. My rent will be financially supported through the Norwegian State Educational Loan Fund, and I also have personal savings. I am happy to provide identification or any additional information if needed, and I am available for online viewings. Hallo! Ik ben Ivash, een 19-jarige student en ik ga dit jaar beginnen met de studie Industrial Design Engineering aan de Universiteit Twente. Ik ga regelmatig naar de sportschool en ben altijd in voor sportieve activiteiten. Daarom ga ik natuurlijk zodra ik kan bij een sportvereniging aansluiten. Daarnaast ben ik gek op (bord)spellen en zeg ik nooit nee tegen een gezellige avond samen. Momenteel heb ik een tussenjaar en werk ik als ober in een lunchroom. Daar vind ik het superleuk om met collega’s en klanten te praten en nieuwe mensen te leren kennen.
