I have a guarantor. I live alone, and have no pets and don't smoke. I am Peruvian but in the process of acquiring the documents of my Spanish citizenship. I'm available for a viewing at anytime . When could I come by for a viewing? I can move in one month after agreeing on the contract but I could start paying the rent from before to secure the place.

Als geboren Amsterdammer ben ik enthousiast om op weer op zoek te zijn naar een kamer in Amsterdam nadat ik een hele tijd in Barcelona en Montreal heb gewoond! Als huisgenoot ben ik een sociale, nette, en rustige jongen. Ik hou erg van koken en ben dus zeker vaak te porren voor een goede maaltijd met een drankje erbij. Qua hobbies kan je me vaak vinden in de bergen op een beklimming of in de boulderhal. Ook maak ik veel (analoge) foto's en bak ik brood! Ik werk full-time, dus als huisgenoot zal ik niet altijd thuis zijn. Ik hecht zelf veel waarde aan een fijn thuis.
