Hi! I'm Linus, 22 years old and currently living in Austria. I have already obtained a degree in Comparative Literature Studies and will be starting another Bachelor in Psychology in September of 2024 at Leiden University. Therefore I am currently on the lookout for possible housing opportunities, where I can stay for the duration of my studies. I consider myself an easy-going person, who enjoys a little company from time to time, but can easily keep to myself as well. In the past I have already had lots of experiences living by myself as well as host families. Therefore I believe that I am rather knwoledgeable about how the process of renting a room and the interactions and obligations that come with it work. In my free time I love to read, go to cafes, meet up with friends and relax in my room. I think I have a lot of qualities that might prove to be of importance when considering me as a tenant, since I am tidy, organized, straightforward and, above all else, very passionate about my goals. I don't need a lot of space, since I can manage with the bare minimum, and am financially stable, which I am happy to provide proof of. Ik ben Marloes (21 jaar vanaf juni), en ik kom volgend jaar (vanaf september) mijn master BMT volgen aan de UT. Ik ben begonnen met een bachelor in Industrial Design in Eindhoven, maar voor mijn master wilde ik graag iets anders proberen. Mijn hobby’s verschillen tussen verschillende creatieve dingen (vooral tekenen en schilderen, maar ik probeer graag nieuwe dingen), videogames, lezen (als de dyslexie het toelaat), en het bingen van series in recordtempo’s. Ik fiets graag, veel mountainbiken maar soms ook racefietsen en gewoon op een stadsfiets flinke afstanden afleggen. Daarnaast heb ik ook lang gevoetbald, maar dat is een beetje verwaterd. Dat hoop ik volgend jaar misschien weer op te pakken! Ik ben een gezellige huisgenoot die zich graag in gezelschap bevindt, zelfs als ik mijn eigen dingen aan het doen ben. Ook hecht ik veel waarde aan een schone leefruimte. Ik heb een hekel aan koken en zoek dus ook graag een huis waar de kook-taak wordt afgewisseld :) Als je denkt dat ik een goede match ben voor in jullie leegstaande kamer, stuur dan vooral een berichtje!

Ik ben opgegroeid (met mijn ouders en zusje) in Winsum, ik heb mijn VWO-diploma behaald op het Werkman Stadslyceum in Groningen en ik volg nu de Engelstalige studie Spatial Planning and Design aan de RUG. Bij deze bachelor staan ruimtelijke planning en ruimtelijk ontwerpen centraal en leer je meer over infrastructuur-, milieu- en watermanagement. De studie bevalt me erg goed, met name het designcomponent vind ik een erg leuk onderdeel! Anderen omschrijven mij als een sportieve, rustige, onafhankelijke en vrolijke meid. Ik vind het leuk om met anderen te kletsen en een drankje te doen, maar ik vind het ook fijn om op mijn eigen kamer te relaxen. Mijn hobby's zijn o.a. hockey, skiën, reizen, het kijken naar voetbal, hockey en de grandprix en social media. Ik ben lid van een commissie van de faculteitsvereniging en ik ben bij de hockeyclub betrokken als scheidsrechter en lid van de PR commissie.
