Hello, my name is Jay and I'm a 27 years old Jazz musician from Vitoria-Gasteiz in the north of Spain. This last few years I've been studying Jazz Guitar in the Conservatoire of Pamplona, Spain from which I've just graduated and also working as a guitar teacher in different places. My idea for the future is to find an affordable room/home in Amsterdam and apply for the Conservatorium van Amsterdam for the next term as I visited a couple of months back and I fell in love with the place and the music scene which I must say it's truly captivating. Personally, I'm a peaceful person, I spend most of time studying music or practicing in my room (I use headphones to practice, I don't want to bother anyone with my music), I'm not really a party person, I enjoy my peace and quiet and I love to read or go watch art/paintings in a museum...I also like to keep the house tidy, I've shared a house before with flat-mates and we used to have like a cleaning schedule that worked well just so everyone enjoy their time and have space to do their own thing in peace. I am broadly interested. I consider myself a social person. I like to be in contact with other people from all kinds of origin and like to talk about all kinds of subjects. I am an alpha as well as a beta person, I am into technical stuff as well as into languages. I do a lot of fitness at home. I have done all kinds of interesting things mostly on the area of IT, but have stopped working on a fixed position for a while now. I am not the type working with a fixed agenda, I eat when I want, sleep when I want, go out where and when I want, but I am quite punctial with my appointments and rules. Also I keep all my business in good order. I am rather experienced with renting to expats, young foreigners and Dutch people, though not in the house where I live myself, so this is new to me, but I am open to new things.
