I am a 29 year old girl from Serbia, been living here since April 2022, although Amsterdam was my favorite city since I first moved here for two years before the pandemic. I work in the heart of Amsterdam at one of the leading hotels and have already started my Dutch language courses in order to finally be able to maintain a longer conversation in het Nederlands. Furthermore, I like hiding in my own little bubble, but once in a while I am definitely open to leave it behind for a night out at a drum and bass festival to enjoy my favorite music genre. Furthermore, apart from my personal income, I am also financially supported by my family and their income greatly surpasses the rent. Overall, I am a very respectful person and do not cause any disturbance, while also taking care of the place I live in. All this makes me believe that I would be a perfect fit for your apartment.

Hey, my name is Kerrin, I´m 24 and a soon to be Master´s student from Germany looking for a place to live in Leiden or close by that ideally comes with nice people to live with and will hopefully feel like a home for the next few years. I´m currently finishing my Bachelor´s of molecular medicine in Tübingen, Germany, and will specialize in Biology and Science Communication in the future. Being interested in communication also means that I put great emphasis on a well-functioning communication in a shared flat and with people in general. It is very important to me that everyone´s needs can be talked about and are respected (including e.g. clean common spaces, quiet times, consideration of stressfull times, etc.). I´ve lived in two different shared flats and a student residence so far and loved the feeling of community and activities like cooking together, trips, or board game nights. I´m not much of a party person but will always be happy to join you for a cup of coffee or a walk on the beach. My friends describe me as empathetic, determined, well-organized, and funny and in my free time I like to be creative, spend time outside or cooking, meeting friends over a coffee, or learn a new language. Besides English and German, I´ve had fun learning Swedish and am currently getting into Spanish and Dutch. It would be great to have flatmates who could see themselves contributing to my Dutch too. Pearks of living with me would include that I can take very good care of your plants while you´re away and that I have lots of great recipes from my time working at the bakery of my favorite café. Hi! My name is Alicia. I have been studying Philosophy at the Radboud University for the past year. Right now I am living independently in a room in Nijmegen. Unfortunately this is temporarily, as the contract will be expired in a few months. I am already looking for a new place, because I fell in love with Nijmegen and already built a life for myself here. Also I would like to take on an extra study next year (biology) and it would be very tough to do this while traveling 3 hrs a day.
