Hello, I’m an international student from the US who has been living in the Netherlands (Maastricht) for the past 3 years. I am planning on moving to Utrecht this summer to complete my masters in Neuroscience and Cognition. I am looking to start renting in June or July for 1 or 2 years. I am a quiet and clean female tenant. I always pay on time and can provide a reference from my current landlord speaking to my qualities as a tenant :) My parents will serve as my guarantors. I understand renters are receiving lots of requests for viewings given the housing crisis, but I’d really appreciate the opportunity to arrange a viewing. I’m a 19 year-old Italian student, who is looking forward to studying physics in Groningen from the next academic year so I think I will move here at the end of August. I love discovering new places but more than anything meeting people from other countries and different cultures, I'm veryy friendly and I can easily connect with everyone. I really like soccer and watching matches in company. While I like being around people, I'm very calm and also need some time alone, in fact one of the things I need during the day is meditation and I'm looking into starting practicing yoga, I also really like reading books and listening to music. I would love an environment where I can share my spare time with my roommates by doing things like watching football or tennis matches, playing table games watch movies or series together. And at the same time I would like a setting that gives everyone their own space and time to study peacefully.
