Hallo, Ik ben Basira en ben ik 24 jaar oud en zoek een woning in Groningen ,of het liefst in Assen vanwege mijn werk en studie, want ik studeer namelijk de opleiding Manager Retail MBO niveau 4 laatste jaar aan het Alfa College Bouma Boulevard aan de Euroborg. Daarnaast werk ik bij de Wibra aan de Van Lenneplaan en ben ik zoekend naar werk in Assen. Daardoor kan ik ook rekening houden met de afstanden en ben ik vooral in deze wijken opgegroeid vanaf kleins af aan en ben ik daardoor gehecht geraakt. Ik ben een spontane, leuke en zorgzaam persoon. Ik heb ambities, doelen en veel energie dus ben altijd in voor wat leuks. Ik zoek nu een kamer vanwege woningnood ook sta ik op Woningnet ingeschreven voor woningen wat nu lastig is vanwege woning tekort. Hoi! Ik ben Cindy, 24 jaar en ik ben in september afgestudeerd van een biomedische master en werk nu full-time. Daarom ben ik op zoek naar een fijne plek waar ik als starter kan wonen. Ik ben een rustig persoon die graag mijn eigen ding doet, maar het zeker gezellig vind om koffie te drinken met leuke huisgenoten. I am looking for a room from June onward but I am flexible and can also move in sooner! Am I tidy? I am Austrian, I think being organized and tidy is in our DNA 😄 But seriously, I think when sharing your living space it's important to clean up after yourself and just be considerate of one another (and have open communication!) Who else am I bringing? No one! It's just me and my 3 plants (but they are barely hanging on for dear life… so we'll see if they make it) BUT I am always buying fresh flowers (see picture as a reference 🌸) What do I do when I am not working? Generally, I am a quite quiet and relaxed person. Since my job is very demanding, I am usually tired when I get home. However, I am always up for a chat :) Weekends I either spend with friends at a nice brunch spot, go to a museum, the gym, or a nice walk, or just relax with a nice book. Am I a party girl? On a good day, I barely make it to 11.00 pm before I hit the bed 😴 but then again, if you wanna have a glass of wine in the kitchen and talk about life...say less 🍷 Some other things you should know? I don't have any pets, I don't smoke and I would like to rent a room for at least 1 year, but preferably longer if that's possible.
