Hey, my name is Kerrin, I´m 24 and a soon to be Master´s student from Germany looking for a place to live in Leiden or close by that ideally comes with nice people to live with and will hopefully feel like a home for the next few years. I´m currently finishing my Bachelor´s of molecular medicine in Tübingen, Germany, and will specialize in Biology and Science Communication in the future. Being interested in communication also means that I put great emphasis on a well-functioning communication in a shared flat and with people in general. It is very important to me that everyone´s needs can be talked about and are respected (including e.g. clean common spaces, quiet times, consideration of stressfull times, etc.). I´ve lived in two different shared flats and a student residence so far and loved the feeling of community and activities like cooking together, trips, or board game nights. I´m not much of a party person but will always be happy to join you for a cup of coffee or a walk on the beach. My friends describe me as empathetic, determined, well-organized, and funny and in my free time I like to be creative, spend time outside or cooking, meeting friends over a coffee, or learn a new language. Besides English and German, I´ve had fun learning Swedish and am currently getting into Spanish and Dutch. It would be great to have flatmates who could see themselves contributing to my Dutch too. Perks of living with me would include that I can take very good care of your plants while you´re away and that I have lots of great recipes from my time working at the bakery of my favorite café. Hiii, mijn naam is Suzanne Ik studeer HBO Hotelmanagement en zit nu halverwege mijn 2e jaar. Ik ben al een lange tijd op zoek en wil heel graag een plek voor mezelf, zodat ik mij goed kan concentreren op mijn studie. Naast mijn studie vind ik het leuk om af en toe naar festivals te gaan, vintage te shoppen, reizen, koken en ga ik regelmatig naar de sportschool. Ook vind ik kunst, mode en fotografie erg interessant. Ik ben erg zelfstandig, verantwoordelijk en zeker ook een rustig persoon. Na de zomer begin ik met de studie geneeskunde in Utrecht. Ik woon op dit moment in Drenthe en ben ik dus op zoek naar een kamer. Afgelopen zomer heb ik 2 maand in Frankrijk op een camping in de animatie gewerkt. Nu heb ik een tussenjaar en werk 32 uur in de week. Ik ben een gezellig, sociaal en net persoon. Me and my girlfriend would be interested in an apartment in Amsterdam from June or July. We are flexible regarding scheduling viewings and we are also able to pay the rent for 6 months upfront if needed to reassure the landlord. We are from Hungary and have been living in Rotterdam for the past year, but our jobs and universities are in or closer to Amsterdam, hence we have decided to move.
