Mijn reden voor verhuizing is dat ik momenteel een studio huur maar mijn verhuurder gaat de woning op korte termijn verkopen en ben dus naarstig op zoek naar een nieuwe woonruimte. Ik werk momenteel in loondienst, heb twee banen wat betekend dat ik niet vaak thuis ben. Dit in combinatie met mijn rustige aard zorgt ervoor dat ik een nette en opgeruimde leefomgeving onderhoud. Verder rook ik niet en hecht veel waarde aan een schoon huis. Weekenden ben ik niet vaak thuis dab ga ik er vaak tussenuit.

But I need to leave this arrangement due to my contract being for short stay, meaning I am allowed to stay at that place for the period of studying only during the first year. Ik ben een fulltime werkende en betrouwbare huurder. Op dit moment werk ik als sieradenontwerper bij My Jewellery. Eventueel kan ik hiervoor referenties en bewijs van inkomen aanleveren. Ik ben een ontspannen, creatief en actief persoon, die het belangrijk vindt om een goede respectvolle relatie met de verhuurder te hebben. Hoewel ik een expat ben, voelt Nederland inmiddels als thuis. Ik heb al eerder een aantal jaar in Nederland gewoond. Ook heb ik familie en goede vrienden in de buurt. Ik wil dan ook zeker verder blijven integreren in het Nederlandse leven, ik ben bijvoorbeeld ook begonnen met het leren van de taal.
