Hi, My name is Ben Elias Opdenplatz. I'm 20 years old and currently looking for a long-term place in Leiden, where I'll start my Bachelor's in Psychology this autumn. Right now I'm enjoying the last months of my voluntary year in Argentina, where I live together with 30 teenage boys and accompany them through their daily life. This experience is actually what made me want to study psychology – it made me realize I want to work with and for people later on. In my free time I enjoy sports, reading, socializing and learning new things, such as languages. I'm really looking forward to some housemates teaching me Dutch :) I'd describe myself as responsible and easy to live with: I take care of my share of the chores, and since I know living closely together works best when everyone pitches in, I try to be considerate in the shared spaces. I think I'm someone who brings a calm, easy-going vibe to a home. I'd be available from 24 August, but could already start paying rent from the month before if that helps. Ik ben een 6 VWO leerling uit Kerkrade en ga Werktuigbouwkunde studeren aan de TU Delft. Rondom deze omgeving zoek ik daarom ook een kamer! Ik ben een vrij rustig persoon, maar de mensen die me goed kennen zouden me zeker als wat drukker omschrijven dan de rest. Ik ben graag creatief bezig: naaien, video-editen en grafisch ontwerp zijn dingen waar ik me graag bezig mee hou! Ik heb ook lang gezeten op de Chinese school, vanaf al zolang ik dingen kan onthouden eigenlijk.
