Those experiences have taught me a lot about being a good tenant. I am clean, tidy, and I always make sure to take good care of the space I live in. Getting along well with housemates and landlords has never been an issue for me. I mainly speak English but I also have some basic Dutch, which I am working on improving. Regarding finances, I currently work at two jobs and am happy to provide proof of income from both. I also have a guarantor available if required.
