Hello everybody, Nice to meet you! My name is Chiara, 23 years old. I’m an Italian Law student from Brescia, a city near Milan. I will be in Amsterdam for a research program at the University of Amsterdam (UvA) for my Master’s Degree. My program runs from February 1st until the end of May 2026. I can assure you I am financially responsible and all payments, including rent and utility bills, will always be on time. I am a quiet, responsible, and clean person, so you won't have to worry about cleaning or housekeeping, as I’m already used to managing my home space. For instance, when I cook, I always clean up immediately afterwards, so the kitchen is always clean and ready for the next person. During the week, I expect to spend most of my time studying in the library. In my free time, I enjoy reading, watching good films (always with headphones), doing Pilates and most of all exploring the city, especially markets, museums, and cozy cafés! I’m really excited to explore Amsterdam’s surroundings. I would love to meet new friends, hang out and share moments together! I strongly believe in respecting everyone’s personal space and time, so I will always be mindful of not being intrusive. Finally, I am not a late-night owl every night, so don’t worry about it, although I am quite curious to experience some of Amsterdam's nightlife. Hi allemaal, Helaas moet ik na een jaar per 1 feb 2026,mijn tijdelijke woning in Amsterdam-Noord verlaten. Ik ben op zoek naar een ZELFSTANDIGE WONING, tijdelijk of langere periode in Amsterdam e.o. Max €1000 inclusief. Alles daarboven bespreekbaar, ligt helemaal aan de woning, de ligging en faciliteiten. Goed internet zeer belangrijk, omdat ik o.a ook online ondernemer ben.
