 I am originally from Iran and currently completing my PhD in Informatics in Austria, where I have been living for almost five years. I have experience with various living arrangements, including student housing. Additionally, I shared accommodations with an Italian housemate, and we remain close friends even after four years. I also had two shorter stays with Iranian housemates, both of which were positive experiences. And currently, I am living in an Apartment in Austria.  As a tenant, I am quiet, clean, polit, reliable, and considerate of others. I enjoy spending time with people and am known by my friends, family, and colleagues as a friendly, supportive, and nice individual. In my free time, I love cooking, watching movies and playing indoor soccer, which help me connect with others and maintain a balanced lifestyle. I can provide proof of income to confirm my ability to meet rent obligations.
