Hi dear, Good day. My name is Franc, I am 29 years old, and I am interested in moving in Utrecht. I have been living, studying and now working in the Netherlands for the last five years and I currently rent a place in Rotterdam with my brother. I work in Finance as a Credit Analyst for an American International company based in Utrecht and Deventer, called AJC International for the last 2 years, where I have built a stable career and expecting a promotion by the end of 2026. My gross monthly income is about €4,200 (approximately €3,350 net + bonuses). In addition to my monthly income, I have approximately €7,000 in personal savings and a family member (brother) as a guarantor if needed. My motivation for moving to Utrecht is primarily work-related as my company's offices are located close to Utrecht, and as requested from my employer, living nearby would allow me to work more days at the office rather than fully remote. Outside of work, I enjoy doing sports, cooking, spending time with my family and maintaing a healthy lifestyle. I do not smoke, I do not drink alcohol, I have no pets, and I like having my space clean and tide in order to be organized for my job. Finally, I always treat the property neatly, with care and always respecting neighbours and quite hours. My preference is to move as soon as possible.
